How to Cancel Your Booking

You can cancel your booking through: (1) Your StayPattern account under My Bookings, (2) Email to cancel@staypattern.com with your Booking ID, (3) WhatsApp our support team, (4) Call our toll-free number. Please keep your Booking ID handy when requesting cancellation.

Hotel Cancellation

Hotel cancellation policies are set by individual properties and are clearly displayed before booking. Types of hotel cancellation policies: Free Cancellation — cancel before the deadline at no charge; Partial Refund — cancellation fee applies; Non-Refundable — no refund on cancellation. Always check the specific policy displayed on the hotel room before booking.

Cab Cancellation

Free cancellation: 6+ hours before scheduled pickup. 50% charge: 2-6 hours before pickup. Full charge: Less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show. In case of driver no-show or vehicle breakdown, a full refund or free rebooking is provided.

Tour Package Cancellation

15+ days before departure: Full refund. 8-14 days: 25% cancellation fee. 4-7 days: 50% cancellation fee. 1-3 days: 75% cancellation fee. Same day: No refund. Festival season packages (Eid, Christmas, New Year): Stricter cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation Due to Natural Disasters / Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other force majeure events making travel impossible, StayPattern will work with service providers to offer: Full credit for future bookings, Rescheduling at no extra charge, or Full refund where possible. We understand that circumstances beyond your control can affect travel plans.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in without prior cancellation (no-show), you will be charged 100% of the booking amount. No refund will be issued for no-shows. If you are delayed, please contact the hotel or our support team immediately.

Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur modification charges. Name changes on bookings may be allowed for a nominal fee depending on the service provider's policy. Contact our support team for any modification requests.
