1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StayPattern (staypattern.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including guests, registered users, and agents.
2. Booking Services
StayPattern acts as an intermediary between travellers and hotels, cab operators, and tour package providers. We facilitate bookings on behalf of service providers. Final service delivery is the responsibility of the respective service providers.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Users must be at least 18 years old to make bookings.
4. Booking & Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required at the time of booking unless explicitly offered as a pay-later option. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment fails or fraud is detected.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by hotel, cab operator, and package. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. Our general refund policy is outlined in the separate Refund Policy page. Processing time for refunds is 5-7 business days.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our platform, provide false information, submit fraudulent bookings, attempt to circumvent our pricing, harass other users or service providers, or use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on StayPattern — including logo, design, text, images, and software — is the property of StayPattern and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
StayPattern is not liable for: service disruptions caused by hotels or transport operators, force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users, or indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StayPattern after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
